The creepy prison chair cell thing

Here is a pic that I took in Philly at Eastern State Penitentiary.

Unfortunately I did not have a tripod handy at the time and there was next to no light in the cell, so this is the best I could get with my shakey hands. Visions of Sweeney Todd come to mind.
